Frog Hollow Concessions and Catering began operation in the Summer of 2007, making its debut at the Southeast Idaho Farmer's Market in Pocatello, Idaho.
Our family-owned business has since participated in various events throughout Bannock and Bingham County. We do not operate or sell from a restaurant between shows or events, so if you're looking to grab some of our classic menu items, be sure to make it to one of the events we attend!
Frog Hollow also is very active in recycling, so be sure to look for our blue bins at our stand!
In addition to environmental concerns, Frog Hollow feels strongly about the prevention and assistance for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault crimes, and contributes thoughout the year by donating to area charities through food donations for auctions or money, for the benefit of services offered to the local community. These include Family Services Alliance, Bright Tomorrows, and Brooklynn's Playground. Please look for food items from Frog Hollow at the 2012 events of "The Great Potato Bowl", "Big Pig Gig", "Tour De Vins", and more! Help us, to help local families by bidding on items we've donated!
